I had a great time staying at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains in Pigeon Forge. the location was fantastic as it was close to the main parkway, the National Park, and Sevierville, Tennessee. My room was spacious, newly decorated, and had a lovely view of the mountains. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We saw stains on the bedsheets & pillows. The tub had stains which my kids believed was human excrement & refused to go in without flip-flops. I hope the stain was rust or hard water stain. Did not offer a turn-key or occasional cleaning, it was a miserable experience and I will never return to the hotel or even stay at any Wyndham hotel. I also wonder if this is the type of room(s) reserved for your guest!
Everything! Worst Hotel ever! It was a dump!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice. I like having a washer/dryer in our room. Our one bedroom with a sleeper sofa was perfect for my husband and me and our son. It was nicely decorated too.
I wish the kitchenette had a toaster of toaster oven.

excercise activities and the room was really clean
I booked this room online and booked the wrong room type. I did not have a problem paying more for the room but the clerk would not help me. claimed they could not and no rooms available. I called the online booking and she said she would call the hotel but did not. It would have been pretty simple for the clerk to call the online company and help me make this change there were rooms other rooms available. I did not push the issue but i did not feel the clerk was helpful and i did not get what i was looking forward to.

It was a clean room with plenty of space.
The staff was not very friendly. They were actually quite rude. The hotel has sepearte condo units. I thought it was a hotel with a lobby. I would have rather stayed in a "traditional" hotel where everything is under one roof. Your website didn't clarify how it was laid out.

Did not like the so called 1-bedroom unit I had too small was not a 1- bedroom as I was promised, will not go back. Have stayed in a 1- bedroom at this resort, this unit I had was considered a mini 1- bedroom, never again. I did not receive the unit I was promised, sincerely joseph T. gillespie
